Our payment methods are convenient, secure and instant. Payments –withdrawals and deposits –are the least of your problems with Hankotrade. However, there are some important terms that apply to our payment and transfer policies.

It must be noted that Hankotrade does not accept payments through third-party sources. Thus, payments should be made legally under your name only. Hankotrade reserves the right to charge penalties if a third-party source is used for any payment purposes. Furthermore, Hankotrade can also demand evidence of any payments made from you anytime and can freeze your payments if you are unable to do so.
Hankotrade makes neither any profits nor applies any charges for transfers including withdrawals and deposits. However, intermediaries such as your chosen bank etc. may deduct a percentage which is outside of our sphere of control.
Hankotrade accepts and processes payments only in the following currencies:
1. EUR
2. GBP
3. USD
4. BTC, LTC, ETH, XRP

If you make payments in any other currencies, they will automatically be converted to one of the above stated currencies for which you may be charged a conversion fee by your bank. Please note that this too falls outside of our sphere of control.

Hankotrade reserves the right to cancel reimbursed transfer fees in case of lack of trading activity.
